Near the village of Kuloro, on the South Bank road, just East of Brikama.
The site was created by and is managed by a local birding group.

Target birds will be White backed Night Heron, Greater, Lesser and Spotted Honeyguides, Green headed Sunbird, African Wood Owl, Greyish Eagle Owl, Black necked Weaver, Sulphur breasted Bushshrike, Senegal Thick-knee, Bearded Barbet, Yellow breasted Apalis, Little Greenbull, African Goshawk, Grey headed Kingfisher, both Robin-Chats and Paradise Flycatchers.

Extensive  ponds on the south bank of the Gambia River near Faraba Banta. Good for waders, terns, herons, egrets etc

Birds to look for are Yellow-billed Stork, Greater and Lesser Flamingos, Great White Pelican, African Spoonbill, Spur-winged Goose, Bar-tailed and Black-tailed Godwit, Ruddy Turnstone, Redshank, Greenshank, Curlew Sandpiper, Sanderling, Dunlin, Crested Lark, Quail-Finch, Yellow Crowned Bishop, Yellow backed Weaver, Zitting Cisticola and Marsh Harrier.

On the South Bank road, just West of the shrimp farm.

We will be seeking Green Crombec, White Spotted Flufftail, Green Hylia, Grey headed Bristlebill, Brown necked Parrot, Common Wattle-eye, African Pygmy Kingfisher, Grey headed Kingfisher, Buff spotted Woodpecker, Black rumped Waxbill, Violet and Green Turacos, Black necked and Little Weaver, Yellow breasted Apalis, White faced Scops Owl, Yellowbill Coucal, Pied Hornbill, Western Bluebill, Splendid Starling and Green Pigeon.
